Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Double B's Bakery (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.1. Products
We specialize in handmade baked goods, including but not limited to mirror glaze cakes, macarons, bonbons, cake pops, and cookies. Additional items may be added to our menu as we grow.

1.2. At-Home Bakery
We operate as a licensed at-home bakery. All products are made in a kitchen that may process allergens.

1.3. Operating Hours
Orders are accepted 24/7 through our website, email, social media or by phone. we will respond within 24 hours.  Specific pickup or delivery times will be coordinated individually.

2.1. Order Placement
All orders must be placed through [your preferred method: website, email, social media, or by phone at least 3-7 days prior to the required date product type, inventory availability.

2.2. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after we receive full payment or a deposit, as stated in your invoice.

2.3. Custom Orders
For custom designs or specialty items, detailed specifications must be provided at the time of order. Any changes must be communicated within 24 hours and may incur additional charges.

3.1. Payment Methods
We accept payment via cash, debit and credit card.

3.2. Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required for custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.

3.3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Orders canceled 24 hours upon order date may qualify for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 3 days from the order date.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

4.1. Pickup
Orders can be picked up from To Be Determined Albuquerque, NM 87123]. Please arrive on time as specified in the confirmation email.

4.2. Delivery
Delivery is available within 15 miles of To Be Determined Albuquerque, NM 87123. A delivery fee of $10.00 will be applied

4.3. Liability
Once the product leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transport, mishandling, or improper storage.

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.

To maintain product quality, please follow our recommended storage and handling instructions provided with your order. We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All custom designs and photographs of our products are the property of Double B's Bakery and may not be used without our consent. We reserve the right to share photographs of our work on our platforms unless specifically requested otherwise by the client.

Your personal information is collected only for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
