Welcome to Double B’s Bakery, where passion meets perfection, and every creation tells a story.

We’re a small-batch, custom bakery based in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in November 2024, Double B’s is the dream of two people fueled by determination, creativity, and a shared love for handcrafted sweets. From custom chocolates to elegant mirror glaze cakes and baked goods made with heart, everything we make is thoughtfully designed and skillfully executed.

Brandon, co-founder of Double B’s Bakery, was born and raised in Florida. A proud veteran and master mechanic by trade, he’s no stranger to precision and hard work. While his hands were once covered in grease, they now craft delicate confections, hand-painted chocolates, and intricate cakes. His lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship and a relentless drive for excellence eventually led him from the garage to the kitchen, where he found a whole new kind of joy — creating edible art.

 Bethany, also a co-founder, was born and raised in Texas. As a single mother, she’s no stranger to hard work, long days, and pushing through life’s challenges with grit and grace. A skin cancer survivor with an unshakable spirit, Bethany found her escape and passion in baking. What started as a creative outlet during life’s toughest moments slowly turned into a vision for something bigger. Her late nights baking for friends, holidays, and local events became the foundation for what would eventually grow into Double B’s Bakery. Now, she pours that same passion and persistence into every order — proving that with drive, heart, and a little bit of sugar, anything is possible. 

At Double B’s, we believe desserts should be more than just delicious — they should be memorable. We’ve spent countless hours experimenting, learning, and fine-tuning our techniques to bring you unique sweets that not only taste incredible but look like works of art. Every cake, chocolate, and baked good is custom-made with care, using high-quality ingredients and an eye for detail.
